This book has so many typos that it is virtually unreadable. As if that is not bad enough, there are many paragraphs that are fragmented - stopping mid-sentence and not picking up until a page later. In between are what I believe are supposed to be footnotes. I really don't know. All I can say is I have never seen anything like it in my life. Absolutely shameful!
