Possession: A Romance Novel - Historical Love Story & Literary Fiction for Book Clubs and Romantic Readers

I loved this book so much I never wanted it to end. Byatt writes in the voices of maybe a dozen people. She creates Victorian poetry, letters and diaries that weave a tale that has the tension of a modern mystery and the romance of an historical novel. This is such a rich offering. I finished it and am sad because I miss being enveloped in (possessed by) the world she created.
